Thornton Lodge, Wimbledon - Converting loft area of Nursing Home, contract value £310.000

Project involved converting loft area of three story Nursing Home to provide two extra flats for housing association with new rear single extension.

Private House, Wandsworth - Adding second floor, contract value £200.000

Project involved removing whole of the roof and re-pitched to provide extra room's to second floor with balcony, including converting and refurbishing to second floor.

Private House, Sutton - contract value £150,000

Project involved providing 4 bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing room with dormer windows and pitched roofs.
